Even better when we convince Walker to join and we get big Dougie at pick 1Didn't realise Armstrong was Vic Country coaches MVP ahead of Cody Walker. That's a good sign.

Young Tanner didn’t look out of place today for a 16 yr old. Didn’t get a lot of the ball but looked classy and surprised with a nice overhead mark under pressure. Definitely a player to keep an eye on over the next couple of years.Report expected afterwards
Jack leys finished the season avg 28p in a losing side , plenty of contested and clearancesScouting Notes: 2024 SANFL U17 Futures
Team Blue came out comfortable winners against Team Yellow in the annual SANFL Under 17s Futures showcase match.central.rookieme.com
Kellaway was one of the more eye-catching midfielders on Sunday, displaying a powerful turn of speed to take ground out the front of stoppages. He looked most effective as the second possession winner, being released on the outside where he could drive his legs and impact in bursts. His handling was terrific too, including with a half-volley in the second quarter, and a stoppage shark in term three where he hit the ball at speed.
we could finally have a good one on our hands
so what your saying is we have the next daicos and abllet jnr on our handsJack leys finished the season avg 28p in a losing side , plenty of contested and clearances

Strongly disagree with this. The draft is fine, in itself. But the points system & academy’s/bids/FA compo etc needs perfecting.Make the U18's aligned to clubs like the U19's use to be and let the clubs have a free crack at their own talent. Draft then becomes used for players not picked up by their clubs.
