Whoever was on Foster this week gave him a real touch up he only had 2 touches for the game:eek:

I'm thinking it was probably Ferrari ( no 32).
Either that or he is injured
probably a better match up to be honest

Foster is more an athletic forward and hes probably playing had no-one who could run with him

impressive if it was Ferrai

That is who I would have sent to him. Ferrari has the height and athleticism to go with him. He is good one on one just would have thought that Jayden would have the strength advantage

Knowing Foster well, I think you guys are overrating him. I think his gonna be lucky to get picked up. Good size and good kid... but dunno if his hard enough to get picked up. Has had serious injury issues in the past too.

I think most of us are hoping we rookie him and play him at VFL level for a couple years. If he shows something then great, if not no great loss.

I was actually saying he wasn't playing on very strong opposition when he kicked those goals

most were at the U18 Champ State sides and Ferrari from the Jets if he was his opponent is probably good, because they're both two athletic talls

Probably would be better options to rookie...
Wasn't he leading the TAC Cup goalkicking a few weeks ago?
Sure he might not be the best option for a rookie, but he wouldn't be the worst. Plus we'd obviously have more data on him, more scouting on him than other players, in which in a way makes him less of a risk than other rookie picks.

At the very least, we'd love to see him run out in the RW&B for the VFL team next year.

Foster with 3 goals today also in cannons best

Best- James Latham, Nick OKearney, Hish Kerbatieh, Matt Stillman, Paul Ahern, Mark Kovacevic, Jayden Foster &Touk Miller #gothemightycannons
I don't watch any TAC or Championship games. I get all my info from here, and it appears young Foster hits the scoreboard regularly. Hope we can find a place for him on our senior or rookie list. If he has any qualities of his father Peter, then he will make it.
