Pretty sure Thats Wright was calling Jamie Macmillan a fraud or something (possibly liability?) before last night. Thought he was excellent. Macmillan is not a stats player but he's pretty good if you can look past that. Thomas was lucky to get a couple of frees but ended up putting the Roos in front. Not sure you can complain about it. Not to be overly critical, especially considering I can't judge, but did think Thomas tried to make it well-known he was kissing his armband/pointing to the sky, it wasn't just a quick kiss and point, it was prolonged and a couple of times...finals were at hand, pay the tribute to your loved one but got to be a team player.

McMillan was underdone. Even the rabble posters would've agreed. He's a bit of a lovechild of Scott so is hard to get a read on his actual selection.
Haven't watched the replay yet, but he seemed to go alright.

Agree on the Thomas thing. It's all about him in his mind. Was talking about hoping to kick a bag during the week rather than any team focus.

Is more of a flukey soccer player that hypnotizes others and fakes his way through AFL.

Literally chokes up the forward line and leading space of the good forwards. A real liability who's ugly head gets on almost all game day shots, even when pathetic.

probably the best final I've watched in a long long time. That second half was awesome. Also the sliding rule needs to be addressed publicly before next week of the finals. Two times players sliding in got free kicks... seriously WTF.

That decision against Black who had an Essendon player slide into HIS legs what unbelievable.

Cracking game. Disappointed to let it slip in that third but North came out like a different team in the 2nd half.

Wrote off big Ben Brown before the game which was a mistake and bloody Petrie popping up at the end. Dammmmmm.

On a sidenote, was given a headache by a couple of footy 'experts' who sat behind me. For example Every 30m switch kick, a standard kick that most senior footballers around the country can execute were met with "that is an awesome kick. He has such good skills". THat was repeated about 20 times. There were many more through out the game. Very frustrating.

Yeah I dunno why I always get sucked into giving a shit about this crap...I guess that is the goal of the troll...
LT has his flaws, sure, and I'll concede That's Wright does have a point about him being a bit of an Etihad specialist...then again that's our home ground...would you rather he were a specialist at Metricon?
