No trades left for me, Docherty covering Bartel. Opponent has Bews covering Bartel and L. Taylor covering SJ. So winning the team selection war of attrition.

Shenton and Ambrose back this week (and Michie last week) gives my bench a big lift (comparatively big anyway, I'm not some SC big shot with premos on the pine ).

I've got the luxury of deciding which line to loophole now - thinking Ambrose into Petrie/Cloke/Elliot (who should all go reasonably well anyway this week).

Another week I look like losing 3/4 finals. Reckon I have Flog Robbo covered though, which is something I suppose. Unless he has trades & $ though. Then I'll probably lose that one as well. Not having Rocky, Fyfe & Selwood has pretty much killed any chance of me winning at least 1 league flag this year.

happy with the squad but not sure whether to keep the trades for injuries or try to bring in ultrapremos like Rocky and Boomer….Have been toying with the idea of trading Swan (I know! just when he gets back) to a MID/DEF rookie for flexibility (leaving me around $350K - 2 trades) and then upgrade Cotch/Murph to Rocky and Zorko/Rough to Boomer.

Simpson's Last 2 scores against Geelong have been shit (42 & 76) but the 3 games right before that he scored 112, 113 & 103 against them. I'm not 100% sure, but he may have been playing a lockdown back pocket role in Rd3 this year when he scored the 42 points.

With Bartel out now I think I will use Mcstay as cover.

Now to decide if I burn both trades to get rocky (SJ and Ambrose out) or to trade SJ to someone like Trealor, Cotch, Boomer, Boak.

Boomer has a fantastic record against the dogs - 169, 120, 125, 65, 115 in the last 5 games

Or I can go for broke and trade Bartel and SJ for Sloane/JPK and Heath Shaw

Do I consider just trading SJ for a mid listed above thus Saving a trade for next week. Or do I go for broke and bring in Rocky.

If it were me I trade SJ for rocky. SJ rumoured to be more than a week. Even if he plays, his form has been average. Rocky is the No1 player in SC right now.

Sounds like SJ is the one more likely of the two though to miss more than one.

Cameron will probably out score Bews, so move Mitchell from mids to Bartel. Put Bartel on mid bench.
Swap Wingard with Honey, so Honey goes on you forward bench and Cameron comes in for Wingard.
