Ha, that waitress is (not my sister) actually Peel Thunder's Holly Britton. She is hoping to be drafted into the AFLW this year. She was stoked to get a pic with Jesse. Is that your sister? She looks far too young to own a cafe!

Yep. Sister.Any relation of Jaide Britton?
Yep. Sister.
He is still on the gear. Just doesn’t have the media following him. He's sorting his life out and good luck to him!
Shame he couldn't do it with us, but you gotta be ready.
If it's good enough for Post MaloneCorbett had gone back to VIC to play country.
Oh good, now we can cue up silly jokes, like:Ha, that waitress is (not my sister) actually Peel Thunder's Holly Britton. She is hoping to be drafted into the AFLW this year. She was stoked to get a pic with Jesse.
2024 WAFLW Player Focus: Holly Britton (Peel Thunder)
Holly Britton had a breakout day despite Peel Thunder going down in a heavy defeat to East Fremantle in Round 12 of the WAFLW.central.rookieme.com
My nephew (the cafe's manager) had a chat with Jesse. He said his mum lives in Mandurah and he flys over here to stay with her during his summer break each year.
Suckers!Cerra extends for five
Rumour is 900k a year he could be in career best form and will be oversFeels like a long time with his soft tissue issues
If he gets back to 2023 form though, he will probably be on a bargain contract in comparison
He was worth that much in 2023, he was brilliant in that seasonRumour is 900k a year he could be in career best form and will be overs
I guess they recognise that he lacks loyalty so had to do it.Feels like a long time with his soft tissue issues

Couldn't have worked out better for Fremantle.I guess they recognise that he lacks loyalty so had to do it.
I agree. He’s a good solid player, but not a game breaker type. Vanilla is a good word to describe him. I never felt he made a big difference to us, and swapping him for Amiss has been a god send. Like swapping a potato for a bar of gold.I don't miss him. It never felt comfortable seeing him in purple colours, an inevitable situation of him leaving always unfolding, just quietly in the background. He's the sort of player you deadset can lose, shake free in order to prise a Jye Amiss out of the draft - EXACTLY what the club needed. Exactly.
Cerra is undoubtedly talented, but not so much of a difference maker you couldn't afford to lose him. I doubt he's a big reason why Carlton have re-emerged as a finals contender over the latter seasons gone.
Apart from writing about him now, because he was brought up - I don't think about him. I don't think I felt really that gutted to watch him go, his position here felt...passionless. Such was his "impact". Not really much of one.
Jesse Hogan, reigning Coleman medalist, however......
While most of the player contract stuff in the media are just wild guesses, I wonder if both could be true. Carlton were busting the cap last year, hence the best 22 fire sale. Therefore Cerra might have got paid unders for his first contract and cashing in now with a bigger one even if he hasn’t come on.He was worth that much in 2023, he was brilliant in that season
I highly doubt he is getting anywhere near 900k with his injury issues, he was already on less than that when he moved over there, he took less than what we had offered him to move back home.
Carlton needed a cap refresher for TDK who is still unsigned thoughWhile most of the player contract stuff in the media are just wild guesses, I wonder if both could be true. He ain't moving to Tassie if he didn't want to live hereJust load the contract towards the back. A two year extension would have made sure Adam Cerra played for Tasmania on way more money than Carlton want to pay him and leave them holding a rubbish compensation pick.
When there are no other options They(players) move anywhere...He ain't moving to Tassie if he didn't want to live here
