Your logic is faulty.
The actions of one team (Gold Coast) don't necessarily represent the actions of another unrelated team (NFL team unknown)

As a general rule it means the case has a solid basis as they don’t waste there time on speculative cases.

abuse does not have to be physical and if someone is being subjected to bullying and sexual harassment at work then it is an unsafe work place

His #combine results are off the charts... which is why he got to the pre-season list and training camps of TWO NFL teams.

Equal parts ignorance and confidence to believe the #combine numbers meant a star 'player' or even a 'role player' in either of the two sports.

I'm the last person to defend the AFL administration, but racism is the one area where their record is beyond reproach. Did you hear him on the radio this morning? He's clearly not terribly bright. He brought out the scattergun and sprayed everybody in sight with the vaguest of accusations.

This boy has a gigantic chip on his shoulder and it's symptomatic of modern Australia's soft touch that he's even getting a hearing. Time for him to stand down and find something else he's good at.

Wouldn't be remotely surprised if he was a victim of racism or sexual harassment. So if he can prove it then he definitely should bring whomever to account.

That said, I don't remember him playing at all and he is not getting glowing endorsement in here for his football ability so not sure how he is planning to show that his lack of a long career is due to anything other than his lack of ability.

How do they judge that in court? Get KB or Robbo to testify? Ask them how good they thought he was?
