Which sort of makes me wonder whether he'll do what I think and go to Malorja and play his event there and be done, OR does he think he can sort of spread his committments and get to another French next year and retire there, I don't know it's probably one of the two. If he does the second, I expect him to play very few events.

Maybe. Fitness is the big asterisk for Elena, her body type she will need to be careful with schedule

Yeah, it has been a huge issue.
In saying that, she doesn't seem to need match fitness to play at her best.

100%, do feel you’ll see Iga be the most rounded and dominate on clay. Elena dominate on grass and Sabs/Elena split the HC’s. There’s a few other chances but those 3 are ahead

Pretty sure it’s 3 in the first week and then 4 in the second plus all finals, remember reading that somewhere. It’s nit a big deal for me have Stan and the tennis channel tend to use the tennis channel more anyway

Just as long as the coverage stops when Sabalenka enters the arena then I'm happy.
And getting back to that empty seats thing. Why don't they just fill up the first 10 rows and the cameras not show any of the empty seats higher up?
Or paint the chairs different colours with faces on them. That's all I seem to be looking at is empty seats every year at the FO..
And Rybakina didn't show much emotion today but we seem to pick on Iga for some reason for not being a showgirl.
I think Cornet is just about a goner. She's been a fantastic player and nearly made it into the top 10 on my birthday way back in 2009.

Rybakina has shown quite a bit of emotion this year lol, it's half the reason she's played utter trash most of the year. She badly needs a new coach, been obvious since the AO flop to a neville nobody. Elena does have a personality off the court though and no I'm not talking about the photoshoots I actually wouldn't have a clue what ones she does there, she's cheeky off the court. Wouldn't want her being the oly one in the back end of slams for the same reason though.
You do know that today it was terrible weather in Paris it would have been the same in every Slam.

I have the tennis channel and I love their coverage, really like Martina Nav as an analyst and Marion Bartoli is close to my favourite commentator

Martina Nav had plenty to do with two of my all time favourite players Martina Hingis who was named after her and Tracy Austin who Nav beat in the semis at Wimbledon in 1979 and I have held it against her ever since
