So weird, if you want a legacy for athletics put a couple hundred million into revitalising QSAC without using it for the games. I’d assume a good majority of the current money is going into building seating which I don’t think necessarily benefits athletics since it isn’t exactly is big attendance sport. The two current permanent stands could upgrades alongside internal facilities and it would be just as beneficial.
