At least he didn't pertake in any criminal activities like another drug addict in Wayne Johnson.

My partner lives with the residue of her lifestyle from 10 years ago, and it is horrible.

Addiction is something that cannot be controlled.

Please don't lecture me because you have watched a show on a Footy Channel.

If you dig deeper, everyone was involved.

I grieve for your pain and withdraw my comments unreservedly but attacking the addicted is no solution either.

Put it this way.

I have utterly NO time for the junkie, anyone that puts their life at the hand of a spike, dirty or not, has left the human race.

A waste of medical resources.

Hot shot, throw them in a ditch, and burn them.

I've got no time for people that shoot others, throw them in a ditch and set them on fire. I'm PC in that regard. Having said that, it was a shit interview.

I must have misinterpreted what you meant by the residue of your partner's former lifestyle then, because otherwise those two posts are completely incompatible.

I thought it was quite a compelling interview personally.

And yes, Eddie did put a bit of mayo on it beforehand but FFS are most of you brain dead.
Media personality spins up an interview to generate publicity. Wow - THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.

Thankyou denizens of Big Footy for pointing this out to me.

It's truly sad that Gavin was more than likely goaded by EM to think that this story would break down barriers and give him a voice and a platform to speak out about drug addiction etc.

Reality is though that EM has shamelessly used Gavin and his story to promote himself and himself alone, the fat tird knew all along this wasn't the biggest story in 30 years but proclaimed it to be so, just to put his own ratings above the woes of another human being.

Gavin has been sucked in and EM is rubbing his hands together with delight at his expense

Man i still can't believe Jay van Berlo was delisted.

I don't know where to go from here, just take it one day at a time I guess..

Did it seem to anyone else all Eddie asked was;

"How often did you drink"

"How often did you take drugs"

"How much did you drink"

"How much drugs did you take"

"Did you take it on game day"

"When did you take it to the next level"

In 1000 different ways

Hard to believe not one of his team mates took part in the activities.
The way I interpreted the whole thing was that Eddie controlled the release of the info. Mike Sheahan would have asked the harder questions.

Who cares any way. There are others at all clubs that have had issues. He is just one.

Iignoring the overhyped biggest football story in histroy build up it is an intriguing story.

Highly doubt Crosica is one of an isolated few from this era, it was around the beggining of the big money, football as a full time job era.

Just also hope that Gavin and his family continue their recovery and keep progressing to happier lives again.
