Inverleigh played on sunday mate. This is the junior forum. As for this weeks match between inva and st albans, it should be a tight tussle all day between two possible finals sides

You would have to think that after bell post hill winning there last two games by over 80 points that they should be put up a division into divi3. One team has to finish bottom on the ladder.
 
Ive seen that Luke Christensen has been going well this year for Lara 1, He is brothers with Allen Christensen, im just wondering what you guys thought of him


and St Joeys 2 will win divi 3 Flag for sure
 
st marys would have to be favorites to take out division 2. Too strong for any other team in the competition. Grand Final would have to be Marys vs St Albans, Marys Vs Inverleigh, Marys vs Lara

Agreed?

i am not convinced about inverleigh as of yet
this weeks game against albans will give a real guide on how strong they really are

atm it looks between lara, albans and marys
the double chance will play a massive part
 
I reckon inverleigh have a good chance against St Albans this week especially having the home field advantage
i'm tipping Inverleigh by 10 points peely being the deciding factor!

i wouldnt say that. on the weekend lara was missing two big players in devon smith and ben fitzergerald. when them two get back into the team lara will be the favorites to take out divi 2. :)

D.smith and B. fitzergerald both good players nd do make a big difference 2 the lara outfit, but st.marys r jst 2 strong 4 div 2 nd should b moved up 2 div 1 nd bellpark dropped bak in2 div 2

lara lost to marys by 2 points on the weekend, with both of them to come back in and plus the like of jordan fulton lara will just be to strong, when lara play st.marys again this year i would put my money on lara to win :)

there is no way you could say st marys could go into divi 1 over bell park..... if them 2 teams played each other bell park would win by over 50 points.....and also if marys went up, lara and st albans would have to go with them they are all very evenly matched
 
Inverleigh have come up from division 3 and cemented their spot on the top of the ladder by knocking off self proclaimed divison 1 side banno on the w/e
Little country towns dont get the respect they deserve when it comes to football and they breed the footballers alot better then the town ones out in the bush.
St albans lara and St marys may be good sides but when it comes to toughness and ability country teams are just as good as the town teams (except banno)

By the way this is also a Under 14 and Under 16 other then divison 2 thread so lets get more people talking on this

banno are shithouse, everyone smashes them, they should be divi 3.
inverleigh arnt even that good, u wait and see what st albans do to them this week

lara wont lose another game for the season including the grand final.
they will beat either albans or marys in the granny
inverleigh will b no where

banno never in a chance at divi 1 you clown. and rumor going around there getting droped to divi 3. inverliegh lost to barwon heads two weeks ago and there not a finals team.. just wait till inverleigh play a good team in lara albans and marys and then we will see where there at!
 
i do belive that banno were originally saying before the start of the season that they were a division 1 side as i know more then 3 quarters of their side
and as for inverleigh u cannot judge them on one loss to barwon heads as it was only by a goal and in terrible conditions
and also they have about a 3 game head start on the rest of the competition so u should take that into consideration so before u make comments like that make sure u get ur facts right.

ummmm they r 1 game ahead of albans and 2 ahead of lara.
lara and st albans will finish 1,2 by the looks of it
inverleigh will probs hold onto 3rd or 4th position

so they might be in the finals at the end of the year but they are going kno where in it. but thats like saying marys are to good for divi 2 when lara had there best 2 players out.
and inverleigh are one game ahead of everyone else. and at the end of this week they will be even with albans. so gets your facts right about that
 
first of all st marys have won 2 games and they are sitting 3rd last
inverleigh have won 5 and are two games ahead of lara and 1 ahead of st albans
anglesea will drop down very soon and the contenders will soon start to string together wins
but if u look at the draw inverleigh play anglesea then northgeelong after st albans and lara play each other so one side will drop a game there so by the start of round 10 u would still expect inverleigh to be on top regarless of weather they lose on the w/e to albans

bestever with comments like that you do yourself no favours and honestly just embaress yourself. if you knew what you were talking bout you would know them 2 sides have already played each other and the margain was about 80 points bell parks way with some of there key players not taking much part in the game. and to luke chriso there is no need for the arrogance towards lara. realisticly you guys should be a a descent team in divi 1 let alone divi 2 when your a GFL club and have 2 under 16s teams which is about 45 kids to chose from. and by letting ryan thomas come crawl his way back in the side shows you guys will do anything to win a few games
