I heard one supporter say we didn't earn the right for our supporters to attend a final.... ok cobba if that's the case then our home final should mean Geelong supporters aren't allowed in... yet there'll be 25,000 of the campaigners, especially the dickhead with the badges dressed like a cat.

They also fail to realise aside from government support they needed AFL support to build their stadium so if the AFL make more money at the MCG they should oblige because they are just another minnow getting handouts that our 100,000s of supporters paid for through tv rights.

That is why I am a bit tired of it. Geelong gets shafted every direction.

It's an easy solution. The AFL reduce the cost of Geelong Memberships and reimburse the club with the difference seeing as though our supporters are the most unfairly treated in the comp. play home games away and aren't entitled to home finals even if we finish top 2. What a joke of a competition. Any other world sport would laugh at how corrupt our game has become

Maybe we should just go to Simmons and ask why Richmond have not urn ed up.

Yes and no. In the days of the vfl I think it was done. It is more about how there is a different set of rules for geelong only.

This is exactly the problem though. Simply because there is a precedent from previous years we are expected to sit down and continue to take our medicine. The fact is that to anyone outside of the small world of the AFL this decision has and continues to look utterly ridiculous. New stadium or old stadium, this year or previous years, we're still being robbed of the hard-earned benefit of finishing in a superior position on the ladder.

If Richmond want their 70 trillion members to be able to watch a final from the comfort of their cosy little seats in the MCG then maybe they should try a little harder to finish in the top two on the ladder.

And to make matters worse we have over 50,000 members who should be entitled to watch their team play at there home ground by paying the same price for a membership as the bandwagon Richmond supporters that have come out of the wood work now that they have finally made it to September after 20 years of finishing 9th. Would GWS fans be expected to play at the G if they had won? Geelong isn't Melbourne so what's the difference?

We can storm AFL house and take over, in fact we can get some trained monkeys and let them run the place. Can't be any worse.
