A very nice deal for the Cats here...
Free elite facility. Isn't Armstrong Creek the development in which Bomber had a stake?

Bomber allegedly owned part of this...Bomber allegedly part owned some land down there according to the Herald Sun...So Bomber allegedly owns some of the town
Yeah it is.
so does he allegedly own some of the area?
ha ha.
And there's some dude having a smoke in the car park.
If that is what they are building then it's a bit of an eye sore to be honest.
Theres actually two josh hunts. One running next to chappy and the other having a kick
that's handy for his two girlfriends
They might want to chuck some trees up too - could get pretty chilly with the wind rolling through in July.
Only a little bit related, but how many Cats players live in Melbourne?

Stevie J?

Brilliant! Then they could call it the Keystone Copse
Stokes.
Having a cheeky cracky...
Is there any doubt that Cooky is the best CEO in Australian sports. The bloke has been able to arrange a deal for the Cats which see's them take ownership of a $8million facility.
Wonder why other teams that have built or are looking to build training facilities don't or haven't done a similar type of deal $8mill would work out to be what a 16 year second level sponsorship deal $500k per year
The Skilled Stadium cost blowout is a bit embarrassing, but no doubt this is a cracking deal. Especially when you see other clubs having to pump the members for cash to fund their developments
