Regret - regret that their Club sacked Stengle and he’s gone on to become AA. So any flaw in Stengle is celebrated by certain Richmond posters

Facts get in the way of your "once upon a time" kindergarten tattle fib.

Stengle was sacked from Adz. He was charged will caught in the act of trying to procure illicit substances. The jury is out on whether or not he was a capable exponent of a Power Stance.

Prior to this, Stengle Management requested a trade from RFC. Let's assume that everyone AFL knew that Stengle likes and consumes illicit substances at this point.

The Richmond angst is correct. It has a couple of components.

Firstly, that Stengle (via management) didn't want to play for Richmond. This is a seen as a personal slap.

Secondly, there is a denial from the AFL and GFC that the player has substance issues (just read this thread). by doing this, the GFC and AFL are lying. Richmond and the Greater AFL fan community know this farce and understandably take offence.

Stengle and GFC get a free pass.

I still remember that game in 2022 against Adelaide in Adelaide, the AFL were clearly out to sabotage our season which was evidenced by them sending out there little bed wetting umpires to give 20 more free kicks to Adelaide, which resulted in our loss. And of course that season ended with GABBA screwjob, just in case.
