Just caught the 2nd quarter, Sav looks a lot more natural as a defender, nowhere close yet but a wait and see after a pre-season a year and in the twos

Without wanting to go overboard about it on the basis of a late-season VFL game, there's a lot to like about what Willis has shown today. He has a mix of attributes - acceleration, agility, strong hands, decent kick, good footy IQ - that screams AFL standard footballer. Also seems reasonably tough, so could be an inside/outside mid which is what we need.

Agree. He's the pick of the young kids today at least. Has some handy power.
 
Today certainly. It is his first decent game with a few flashes in his other games. He needs to string a few together before I get too excited. But certainly good attributes.
One thing he doesn’t do though is first option. Ok when it works but frustrating if it doesn’t come out of his game. Probably will
