Still a better finals player than Gary Rohan.
Imagine Lewis Jetta and Gary Rohan playing in the same team in a grand final - they would be unbeatable

Do you think this will all of a sudden magically work ?
Don't you think this may have already been tried?
Replace any of them with Wayne Carey and it'd be even worse.worst group of commentators this fine game and its fans have ever had the misfortune of listening too

I reckon that might just happen. 2 weeks off and a frothing tigers media must be building enormous pressure on the tigers players, pressure that historically Richmond don't cope with too well. Not to mention they club hasn't been in this position for close to 40 years.Praying for an Adelaide gws grand final.
Richmond haven't done enough hard yards. In finals.
KOLOKOTRONIS
Yep - I reckon they're ripe to fall off the perch.I reckon that might just happen. 2 weeks off and a frothing tigers media must be building enormous pressure on the tigers players, pressure that historically Richmond don't cope with too well. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they came out and laid an egg in the prelim.
All week we will listen to $hit being spewed forth by AFL experts. I can handle the fact Selwood and Dangerfield are great players. But the one thing that makes me truly want to vomit is the Motlop worship.
Seriously - if ever a game was set up for him to shine it was Friday night. Cats ahead comfortably against a tired and weakened opponent and BANG - up he springs to put icing on the already eaten cake. This people, is Lingy's definition of a "game changer", "match winner", "classy finisher".
At least Stevie J has runs on the board. Won't get the same latitude next week. Again, we will have to listen to endless crap about him this week. Again, the barrackers in the media will ignore the fact his goals came once GWS were well ahead and WCE were dead. Again they will ignore GWS' systemic set shot issues, led by Jonathan Patton.
Hope Adelaide and Richmond do the right thing next week
October 2016When does the bulldogs banner man reach his use by date?
Don't get me wrong... I loved Dusty's game. Awesome player.
Yes... and Yes... do you think there is a way to stop Dusty's don't-argues? If no, then he is untouchable... I say there is a way to take his arm.
Few people know the don't argue comes from the shoulder (not the arm) and is intended to create space for the giver. The simple answer is to knock the arm away from the solid base (player) and then lock onto the arm.
If Cyril tagged Martin then Martin would struggle. We all know Cyril's tank in short and so rotate Poppy on Martin.
Dusty would end up with 15 crappy possessions for the game.
And the Hawks can win without Cyril or Poppy. Richmond cannot win without Dusty
Peaked early-mid 2016 when he was anonymous. Gone downhill since given airtime. When does the bulldogs banner man reach his use by date?
Why am I not surprised by this. These sad sacks have jumped on to give them something to cover the absolute heartache they feel supporting the swine and getting creamed to the tune of a 100 year old record.Strange game of footy.
What I also noticed was the absolute absence of any swine regalia, or even any swines masquerading in GWS gear. Have spoken to plenty of GWS 'fans' before who admit 'they support the game' by wearing GWS colours, even though their 1st team are the swine. Riding both bandwagons at the same time. I expect they were still experiencing some serious offended. Bless em.
Strange game of footy.
Stevie J was absolutely worshipped. Admittedly he was on fire, but it was like he was Capper, or Locket or Buddy to a half-witted sydney crowd. Someone they can recognise, whose name they know, and who might do something a little bit special. Didnt hear too many calls of players names from the stands to be honest apart from 'Stevie!'. Disappointing after the few years they've been up and about. Have had every chance to learn a few more players names. Anyhow, if Stevie went anywhere near it they took a breath. I cheered too, but as a troll on the handbaggers that pissed him off.
So many people cleared out of the already lacklustre crowd early, and I mean 1/2 and 3/4 time at that. Only about 1/4 of those were WC fans. I actually wondered why they even bothered showing up. Their season may as well ended there as well, and it wouldnt have made an ounce of difference. These people arent going to travel to Melbourne next week, or the GF either if they even get that far. Absolute disinterest. Had all the gear, had the right colours, didnt have a voice except when sparked into action by the ground announcer and on command they erupted into spontaneous celbration, or Stevie J got a sniff. Absolute Pavlovian muppets. Sad and pathetic to watch.

Sammy, well age has really caught up with him, and the speedsters of GWS were always going to expose not just Sammy, but the whole WC mids. Never seen him rest foward, and I mean as FF before, so an odd way for him to finish up. Plenty of disposals, and useful plays, but not the quality we expect to see. Good that he played a little selfish and snagged a couple too.
Was certainly recognised by the crowd when he marched off with Priddis and Petrie. Thought Priddis could have been chaired to be honest, but a measure of equal respect they all trotted.
I got the tickets online fairly late, but I wonder if I had of got their earlier whether i would have blagged some free tickets. Expect the crowd could have been much worse without these sort of 'promotions'.

Can't see how. Jetta doesn't try and Rohan is a mental midget.Imagine Lewis Jetta and Gary Rohan playing in the same team in a grand final - they would be unbeatable
