By beating them when it mattered!

Looking forward to knocking off work today, getting home putting the feet up and watching the Storm get into the GF followed by switching over to see the Cats getting belted by the Crows in the last quarter. #GoodFriday

Way to grab the last word from the comfort of moderator privileges in a closed thread, Abasi. A real profile in courage, that.

Yes, anyone who thinks the AFL would do better keeping its nose out of politics is a racist who hates aboriginals.

Yes, anyone who thinks that gay marriage is not question of equality is a campaigner who lacks basic human kindness.

Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back there, champ. **** me, this is some right honest bullshit.

Our colours are so cool!

It's not like finals have been played there regularly in the past. Victorian fans are cool with the idea of neutral finals

In fact when non vic teams visit there seems to be no limit on numbers that can attend. Theoretically this is the case in Perth and Adelaide but it doesn't work out in practice. Sydney and Brisbane have a fair local following to draw on too

I'm with you on this.

Cheers. Deal with it.

They're your words, not mine. You've completely missed the point.

Basically, yes. No argument will convince me otherwise.

:D

We don't clash with Adelaide, but if hypothetically, if we did, then yes. They earnt the right to wear their home jumper by finishing higher.

Maybe this will make sure clubs take these clash jumpers more seriously, and not produce the abomination Power Ranges jumper we had 2 years ago.

Maybe we can choose one decent clash jumper, and stick with it, so it also becomes "traditional".
Then if we play a final wearing it, we still recognise it, instead of having a meaningless use-once-and-discard design which is intended purely to make a buck.

Without the merchandise aspect, there's no actual reason for another jumper anyway

I'm actually looking forward to Gil having to make a decision around a clash jumper and should they miss out, the tigers defying the edict and wearing their traditional jumper and wearing the fine

And yet it's those who say 'No' that are the close minded. They can't be rational so they must be evil. You are, in this instance, the embodiment of what you purport to condemn.

I don't speak for the mods of course, but to me opposition fans are always welcome here to hang shit on * and Geelol.

If you meet Geelong in the GF, you MUST win
If you do, apology accepted
If you don't, do not show your face here again :p

Jfyi 50 years ago we broke our last drought by beating geelong in the gf.

To this day polly farmer still cries that we cheated and robbed them of their flag

Id love for history to repeat

Thanks to Mick Molloy, I'm hoping GWS win on Saturday, but I don't think they get within 6 goals of you
Hoping Adelaide do the right thing tonight

I don't even want to give Geelong a whiff of Selwood holding that cup up like he says he has imagined. Adelaide MUST win tonight

As much as a Crows win would pain me as i live in Adelaide, seeing Paddy Dangerfield's smug face for another week would pain me more. Hope Danger and Selwood have a crap night tonight and the Crows belt them. Only Cat i like/care about is Nakia and that's because i used to play juniors with him

With Adidas as our guernsey manufacturer, we introduced the away jumper with the inverted colours.

That has now become our "traditional" away jumper.

Can do similar with our clash jumper. Maybe tweak it here and there through the years, which they already do with the home jumper.

Meanwhile, some of us are denied the right to name a partner as next of kin through marriage.

Think on that while you resolve your pissing contest about moderation on a bloody forum.
