If I am ever feeling down and in the dumps i think about the fact that Carlton had two top 10 picks in the same Draft and managed to get the only 2 busts from the top 10.

Took him four years to reach this level and was BOG average for two of them. A good example of being patient. Not all draftees hit the ground running.

Crows will field 8 players for the last few games. No way they even get close to winning games now.

They want Horne, especially given he’s from SA. In crows eyes he will be locked in. We are the only team in their way. And it looks like we don’t want Horne either.

Adelaide have looked pretty lifeless the last few games. If they beat us maybe that changes but they're very close to Pick 1.

North have Geelong, Richmond, Sydney then Adelaide. They're playing some decent football but it's hard to see them beating the first three (would be funny to see them knock out Richmond though). So they're likely to finish second last if Adelaide tank.

We play Adelaide, Brisbane, Collingwood, Bulldogs & Richmond.
Collingwood play West Coast, Us, Brisbane & Essendon.

Unless there are some upsets our game vs Collingwood has a high chance of determining who gets Pick 3 or 4. Pushes out to 5 or 6 after bids.

Carlton are playing garbage but we need to win three games to overtake them.

Yes I'd say this is the most likely scenario. Crows 18th, North 17th, Hawks/Pies 15th/16th
