Sadly just further evidence the AFL media are now evolving into a Women's Day/New Idea type platform by reporting this frivolous nonsense as an 'Exclusive'. It's up there with 'Buddy takes out the bins' or 'Brooke Cotchin seen shopping at Target' type rubbish...

Edit: Herald Sun now reporting the alleged incident was actually a 'verbal stoush' - appears Edmund can't even get his BS gossip right!
Now half expecting a further update including photo of the two of them sharing a joke, ha ha..

Was a shit hit - no real attempt to play the ball and was only going for the man. I could care less if he's a good player - that's a dog act and he can sit a few weeks out.

Melbourne finish 3rd they could play Collingwood at the G. Or 2nd. Not getting top 2 this year for any Melbourne team is not going to be the end of the world. Finishing 4th however as an interstate team based on what I think will be the ladder in 2 weeks is what you want to avoid. The Cats will get a home final at GMHBA in that scenario. Huge home ground advantage. Playing at the G nowhere near as difficult. Sydney, Freo and Brisbane will be hoping Melbourne drops another game so it gives them the chance to sneak 2nd or 3rd.

Hopefully Geelong get Freo down at GMHBA.

What a legend of the game is Josh Kennedy. Leaves one of his grandest performances until last. He finishes his career in 21st place, on the all-time goal kickers list just behind Peter Hudson. He will forever be one of my favourite players and will go down as a better player than my favourite player ever, Jarryd Roughead.

Roughy and Josh Kennedy look like two blokes you'd really enjoy having a beer with. I'm just not sure thay'd be so enamored at having to spend even 5 minutes with me.

Clarko doing some renegade stuff, Smithy injured on and off, playing list in flux from 2017-2020... Wouldn't have been a heap of fun for some.

I would give him the benefit of the doubt , may have got asked the question without notice...........but its a cr@p read especially considering we gave him his shot in the AFL , oh and 3 flags .

It’s like the ‘bring back the biff’ crowd in NRL circles. If you want to watch people fighting then watch MMA - it’ll be a better caliber fight and that’s what they’re there to do. I watch footy for the footy - yes I want hard hits but I’d prefer them to be legal, not from behind and not aiming above the neck.
