18 prime time Thursday or Friday night games for the blues over the last 3 seasons versus our 2 games, despite them winning a grand total of 6 more games than us in this period. I get they have a supporter base but it’s ****ing bizarre and backfires every year. Who could forget the year they got 7 Friday nights despite finishing bottom the previous year because Gil “predicted” they’d improve a lot.

Exactly. They may lack some depth, but on paper, that spine, midfield & HBF'ers should really be contesting for the flag.
Eagles won in 2018 with far less talent. Sydney, Footscab & GWS have made GF with less/similar sides, in recent years.
Carlton is horribly underperformed.

Van Rooyen has kicked 15 goals in 10 games. Kosi Kicked 27 goals in his first season in 20 games.I can't be bothered checking, but it's Van Rooyen going to kick more goals than Kosi in his 1st year?

It’s tough to judge them now given the senior bodies around them are terrible.
