Do not post names of players speculated to be involved in the sexual assault claims.

There has been a very clear suppression order put on anyone naming or speculating on players involved.

This is a site wide rule that must be followed.

It's the indiscretions that Geelong get away with that are the issue. Last week Geelong player makes contact below the knees , no free against.. tonight libba dives on the ball , slides and makes contact free against... Stewart tries to spoil Lathan, with high contact, no free kick against

I dont think so they are 4 zip and tracking for top4
Haven’t seen it but from reports a controversial paid mark and a free for umpire dissent to seal the win. So a bit of luck tonight.
Still, we can joke. Same old Carlton…always cheating!

Credit to Geelong's development program for turning players that looked like absolute spuds initially, like Guthrie Jnr, Blicavs and Miers, into quality senior players.
They’ve got a good set up around the ground allowing them to cover these players weaknesses. As they only have to focus on their strengths.

Similar thing going on with the dogs and Bramble. And we had a similar thing going on in our 3-peat.

Will turn for us as our younger players become more senior players and embed our systems. It’s the big challenge of being a younger team.

Dogs supporters would be as frustrated as we were last week with the frees that the umps have both missed for their side and given for the Cats.

They have and always have, strong systems and when everyone buys in, everyone looks good. We saw that with the Threepeat squad and that carried through to Box Hill

Best pure KPD imo. His intercept work is solid, but his one on one work is seriously elite.
Hes not overly tall either just strong through the core and massive shoulders. You don't need 200 plus cm Key defenders. They just need to be strong and have great positioning. Having monsters isn't the be all and end all.

Say what you like about Scott he's the best in the business and has been for a while. This team is middle of the road on paper but their system is hard to beat if they play close to their best every week. That can only happen if you have a guy who knows what he is doing in the coaches box. If they get near a flag again this year with this list the bloke is a genius.

It's amazing Geelong are still so strong when their midfield consistently struggle to get high numbers.

Cats midfielders are there for their pressure and that’s it. Their midfielders are fairly limited and they don’t want them having much of the ball. They set up to mainly have their forwards and half backs get more of the ball than other teams.

Also I don’t know the stats but I also feel they average a lot less disposals as a team.

1. Stats are meaningless. Surely as a hawks fan who sat through years of our mida getting low numbers whilst winning flags, and getting high numbers when we sucked, you'd know this is the case

2. Disregarding my first point, your mids don't need high numbers when your forwards and backs and push, scrab, punch, bite etc without penalty
