An 11yo boy in Blackburn and a 14yo girl in Tullamarine.

How does this translate to actual time served in that state to actual time served in the different Australian jurisdictions?

Compare apples with apples

Go back 30 or so years ago in Victoria and a heavy Culpable Driving sentence was a 4 years with a minimum of 2; 16 months served before release

Is there actually anything to this Catherine Andrews car/cyclist accident? I've always dismissed it, without much thought, due to all of the ridiculous conspriracy theories surrounding Daniel Andrews. Was definitely some below average police work at the time, but is that all?
