An 11yo boy in Blackburn and a 14yo girl in Tullamarine.

How does this translate to actual time served in that state to actual time served in the different Australian jurisdictions?

Compare apples with apples

Go back 30 or so years ago in Victoria and a heavy Culpable Driving sentence was a 4 years with a minimum of 2; 16 months served before release
