Saying she was found "not guilty" implies she faced charges. In actual fact the charges were withdrawn and saying the judge "laughed it off" is (needless) hyperbole.

Swannie decided he didn't want to proceed and that's exactly what happened.

Reading the article there’s a good chance he didn’t want to have to testify in court and bring further embarrassment upon himself. The accused walking out of court smiling wasn’t a great look either. I can’t imagine if genders were reversed in this scenario there would be such a ‘so be it’ point of view from the general public.

Bring effort and get the structures right and the scoring will look after itself. I may be taking the rose tinted view, but I honestly see some overall improvement in our game style when nobody takes the field.
