What is a troll.? I have never bothered to look that up?

The players, if they read this, would definately remember, the occasions.
Definately.
Oh, I bet they would.

id have to hit the booze as hard as I ever have and get someone to pay me $100 before id even consider it.
Have you ever butted-in, in a fight, to stop it, or to help a mate who was at a distinct disadvantage, and was getting unfairly hurt.?

Have you ever pulled your car over, to get to people injured in a car roll-over, and taken charge of the scene.?

Would you do that.? or not.?

as a kid... Greg Park, Hardeman Oh, Hassa, Stan Alves, Wellsy, the great Ron Barassi, Ray Biffen, Bob Johnson, the irreplacable Robbie Flower, Gary Baker, Brian Wilson, Rod Grinter, Gary Lyon, Sean Wight, Jmmy Stynes, Gerard Healey, Greg Healey, Stephen Febey, Glen McLean, Danny Hughes, Earl Spalding, Alan Johnson, Chris Connolly, of course David Schwartz, David Neitz, Todd Viney, Jef Farmer, Shane Woewodin,
A wonderful selection.

None of those things are relevant to your argument.

Using your arriving on the scene at an accident anology, what you're essentially doing is pushing qualified emergency workers aside coz you don't think they're doing their job correctly while believing you know better than them and holding no qualifications.

Yes, they are totally... some people will-do, and some people won't.

Some step forward, where others do not dare to.

Even running into a basement, from where a Tradie just escaped from the smoke, of the fire he created.

The emergency workers were not on scene and I kept the guy trapped under his car alive, whilst the fire brigade and ambulance hadn't arrived. I instructed them on the condition of the two occupants, and let them take over to treat the serious injuries.

One, trapped under the car had two broken and misplaced Femurs, with the weight of the car still on his legs.
The other inside was relalatively OK, but was a bit in shock.

Youre pretty much saying paid coaches cant motivate players properly and its up to you to do it. Thats why none of those things are relevant to your argument and why I wouldnt approach any player to give them a pep talk, its not my job to decide they need one let alone give them one, leave it to the people who are paid to do so.

That's not the case. about their coaches.

But sometimes the player cannot find the trigger, to change for the better. And coaches words can sometimes just blend into the weekly routines of players. In other words, players some times need less sentences, less words, and a little sharp prompt with a virtual cattle-prod.
A little shock from parts unexpected, at a personal level. Not nasty, but a personal challenge.

You know what; I find people at lower levels of sport, are far more precious than those at the top level, who are trying to make it.

And then, after players have 'made-it'... and they have become more arrogant of themselves, then preciousness can effect on them.

I sincerely hope this is some sort of epic, mind-bending troll that we’ll all be able to look back on one time with fondness.

Man, catching up on the last 20 pages has been a trip. Was enjoying the trip down misery lane up til the unhinged SugarHealey show. Jesus Christ mate, at least danster has the courtesy to unleash his lunacy on other teams' boards.
Cheers mate

I can only imagine being a player after training walking to the car park when they see SH approaching to give them some wisdom and possibly manhandle them. Nightmare fuel.
Actually he'd just left the track, and entered the rooms. I called him out, to give him the Dee needle. It worked.

But he was always clumsy, when trying to be aggressive in games.
It did not come naturally to him. And a couple of times he hurt himself.

Can you go talk to them about it rather than share your dreadful stories on bigfooty?

Is it just me or is Fritsch having a crap season but still managing to kick a couple goals every game?
He's playing like a forward from the 90s. 5 disposals a game no tackles and 3.1.
