Rewatching the Bugg punch, man, hes either got the most powerful jab ever or Mills has the weakest glass jaw, wasn't anywhere near as bad as I remembered

I think he was just going the jumper punch but just got him high. Not sure his intent was to really smack him in the head and drop him. Just shows how dangerous those type of actions can be.

Most recent punches that have done massive damage don't look that bad. Just seems to be a sweet spot they keep getting. That, or the camera just doesn't do it justice. The Gaff/Brayshaw one was the same.

I love that Tommy Bugg of all players had that mural on Hosier Lane for a period there, what a pest of a player haha.

Was quite a pleasant surprise when I heard we were after Vince, thought he turned out better than expected. I do feel he leans slightly towards Adelaide, but he has better connections at Melbourne and was there cheering for the lads gf day. Very grateful for his contribution.

I got a signed picture of Bernie Vince on my fridge :$

Realistically speaking, how far can the boys take the streak?
After North Melbourne, it should be 17 (let's not start off by being down at halftime when it was 1st against 18th last year). After that, the real test begins. Fremantle and Sydney, both at home, then the Maggies on the Monday, then the big one with Brisbane, one against Adelaide, and the potential streak-tying match against Geelong.
I wasn't particularly impressed with our games against Richmond and Hawthorn, in particular the kicking against Richmond and the last quarter against Hawthorn, but the performance against the Saints was an improvement.

I think the streak can get to 18 or 19, then it might be a tall order from there. The media hyping up the boys threatening to break Geelong's record might get to them mentally.

I think we win the next two. Sydney and Collingwood always play us tough, could be one of those, if we get thru that it probably all depends when we start with the heavy training load this year (id expect a drop off in performance for about 3 or 4 weeks), you'd assume it would happen straight after the Brisbane game

This won't happen at our spiritual home at Marvel.

Its now official. Goodwin
is coach of the Naarm FC not MFC.
Ive just about lost it for AFL. Its devolving not evolving. Crowds are down and so is public interest.
The pre match Heppell circus at the Essendon/Swans match was laughable. Didnt help them either.
Essendon players from the 1980's era would be in disbelief.
FYI...Naarm in Thai language means
...water.
Can be used as a negative metaphor by dropping the tone adding ngo or boo-a.
..."as weak as water."
Terrific MFC. Well researched.

You realise it's a token marketing gesture for a week right?

Lol I know I've complained about some shit but duck me lol. Settle the duck down chief
But I like your complaints lol

Nah my post probably seemed a bit angry but honestly I'm just telling old mate that if something like changing our name to Naarm for a grand total of 2 weeks bugs him that much then maybe he should leave the game.

AFL site has the new brandname going all the way through to R23.
Just saying.
If Pickett continues to play like he did last week its curtains for the rest.
Dont change things that need no changing.
MFC logo looks terrific so dont change it for PC.
