Just had a quick look at the Hawks forum and they are eating their own over the racism scandal So hard to believe the alleged statements were made by senior people with intelligence but all will be revealed. Also makes me hope that we have no prior issues with the treatment of our Indigenous players. I’m thinking someone like H Lumumba would have said something by now if we had problems.

If every club does a review like Hawthorn's and someone leaks the worst bits to the media then every club will be in trouble. Things that were accepted 10-15 years ago are not considered acceptable now and a large part of western culture now is to dig those things out and try and ruin people over them.

Yeah none of it makes sense on any level. I mean demons are paranormal evil spirits anyway yeah? So that would make it the spirit of a spirit? Do spirits have spirits? I wouldn’t have thought so.

Its terrible. They really need to workshop these ideas with a specially selected, Bigfooty-based stakeholder consultation working group. Get the old whiteboard out - have a discussion group, canvas options, survey selected target groups.

Whatever is needed to put the brakes on these launches is fine by me.
