Can someone tells that if you have a couple of players starting on the ground and do not score/ don't play, do you only get the score of one emergency or will you get scores for all players who are able to be covered on the ground?

Normal emergency rules apply (ie matching positions) and they can count towards best 18 if high enough. If you have (for example) 2 mids out, and have 2 mid emergencies, both scores count.
Is that the same for dream team elite?

Nope, because your third wouldn't be in the starting 22. They'd be on the bench.

Not sure if any actually tracks these, but what's been the lowest B/E ever?
In dream team elite, if I have start a forward and a defender on the field but they are not playing due to injury/late withdrawal etc and I have two mids on the bench, do I get both scores as a replacement or just one? (ie my 19th and 20th players)
What is the go vis-avis Gary Rphan and playing these last few rounds.
Will he still be discounted heaviily next season because of how many games he missed or will he be priced at his average over these three games?

Does anyone know what the 2014 rookie promotions rules are with respect to nominated rookies? Do these still exist or with the reduction in the rookie list size and the change in veteran's rules have nominated rookies been done for. i.e. do all rookies have to wait for an injury or the single mid-season promotion point?
