The rams were fair. 7,000 plus crowds and not bottom of a decent national comp. I’d have them above the giants but happy to concede that the giants should be above them.

We were a whisker from winning a GF series against Melbourne not even 5yrs ago.
A frustrating team at the moment, but support has never been higher, and if everything clicks could well win it this year.

Its a Power Ranking, not a most successful over some period.

it is by definition subjective and also by definition, 100% correct.

They were docked points by the ineptness of the league they play in. If the APL hadn't made the call to Sydney-fy the league the way it has, including the corruptness of the Sydney FC v Wellington game on the weekend, then they might be up a few places.

Also try getting a ticket to the next 36ers game.

And since that GF they have been pretty much a basketcase.

Even this season has been a bit of a splutter for side expected to finish quite high up on the ladder. It's 50/50 whether they'll make finals this season, but if they do it's because of the NBL rewarding mediocrity by expanding to a final 6 (in a 10 team competition) than form.

Spot on about the crowds though. Three sell-out matches in a row is fantastic to see. Several others close to capacity. The issue is the team seems to be spooked by big crowds, scraping over the line against Brisbane (who are a basketcase this season), and Illawarra (a team worse than Brisbane, which is saying something), and losing to New Zealand.
