Congratulations to Dyson Heppell in winning the Morrish Medal. Been a fair year: Power skipper, vic country vice captain, country wins the championship, named best player for them, all australian, now the league BnF. Heard him spoken about earlier in the year on TAC Cup future stars but not much since. Was BOG in their final on the weekend. If Power keep progressing he'd surely be looking around the top 5-10 draft picks. Does anybody have any inside word?
There's a board on here about TAC cup and drafting etc. Will find alot of info there.
My 2 cents on playing with him. He trains like a demon, had shin splints preseason and his rehab work was perfect. Never missed a session. "elite" skills and fantastic endurance. Can carve any side apart in the middle or half back. Will be a first rounder but probably not that high. Blokes like Gaff and Atley will go before him.
That's what I'm asking. What's your rumour on him?

Definitely a show for the low 1st round picks ,i hate to say it though ,but he might end up at the circus on the Gold coast and have to wear that ridiculous jumper.Power boys have come from nowhere after a shocking start to end up in a preliminary.Ryan pendlebury is being enquired about as well i've heard ,he got another big wrap on TAC future stars a couple of weeks back ,shifter loves him.Be great to see the Power boys go all the way.
At this time of the year I'm not at liberty to say.
Think of it as when Nugget said he wasn't sure what Stu was doing because it's not something that needs to be all over big footy

Terrible news. Has provided great entertainment for the Gippsland Footy League watchers over the years, and been a major cog in an extremely successful side. Let's all hope it goes well for him.
Is he considering LARS, or implanting a Kangaroo knee to make the recovery shorter?

Is terrible news...the question is will he get back to his best if at all?? Has played in many succesful sides and probably really has nothing left to achieve other than to prove he can play the game at that level again.
