I’ve see up by 10 or more goals in games this year and they still hype up the opposition and talk up how good oppo players are.

But at least they talk up academy kids quite a bit.

Any QAFL Ruckman would have been an improvement over Ben Moyle. Which genius decided to bring him in as Ruck depth??

Walter gave away critical penalties at stoppage in the last quarter and is probably staring down the barrel of a couple of weeks suspension for punching.

Think we need to seriously consider signing local, mature VFL only players, like all of the other clubs, instead of relying on Academy kids to play against men.

The Academy kids actually did ok considering all were 18 or younger.

Yeah. Kids were fine. Looked tired at the end, but you expect that.

But I agree. VFL mature players are cheaper than VFL level AFL players.

Ruck battle was unfortunate and did contribute to the game. But we had enough chances to win and win early.
