I was wondering about Charlie Dixon, the young forward? I have O'Meara and Broughton as locks and probably Gazza but I was wondering about if Dixon was to do anything for Super Coach this year? Will he be a genius pick or just don't worry about him?

not sure he can score that well?
for his price what do you think would be a good enough avg
to have sustained the pick?

My initial write up of him has not changed. He's not a bad option as a defender, actually. Should maintain his average at the very least.

He'll play most games so long as he's not injured, so his job security should be fine. Only problem is that he's so rugged around the contest, especially while rucking. I'm not sure he can get through the whole season unscathed.

Slim to none for Sumner regarding senior playing time. Our resident scout Iva observed that his fitness is still a fair bit behind.

Very excited to see O'Meara and Lonergan play both players I think will be key assets for the Suns moving forward.
Another player I hope can click into gear is Sam Day, looked to be an extremely gifted and talented kid when drafted be good to see him fill that reputation. Going be great to see Bock and Swallow back to their best(fingers crossed) and Ablett is a definite lock for me, will carry on and play like the superstar player he is! Go Suns!

Looking at Swallow for my mid... Seems to be a tackling type player when on song...

Also, will Harley Bennell get the tag more often this season?

Harley got a bit of a tag in 2012, but it's hard to shift the tagger onto him when Ablett is running amock. It will go on and off.

Love Swallow and think he'll really score well. Look at him last year for instance, was still scoring 70s despite being constantly injured. If he can stop coming off second best it will do him the world of good.

Dixon as a defender was a bit surprising to me, I know he drifted back there a bit last season but as the season went on I'm sure he was playing just the Ruck/Fwd role. Ah well he’s probably not fantasy relevant anyway!

Hi Gold Coast Suns fans.

I'm interested to know how many games will Leigh Osborne play this year? Last year mature aged recruit Kyle Horsely played 13 games and had a good impact in the midfield providing the Suns with a strong bodied midfielder to guide some of the young inexperienced Suns midfield. He was a ball magnet and was a tackling machine. Do you guys see Osborne playing this year at all, or is he just a depth player? He is fairly cheap at the moment and I'm keen on having in my starting squad.

Tried last year, and it was a bit of a fizzer...we just dont have the traffic of Suns supporters to be honest.
