Last years final series up at hay Murrabit kicked themselfs out of the game, they should have won. Wandella should not of even made the grany. This year Wandella just seem to have Nullys measure in the times they have met.

But it is finals footy and umpires are involved so anything could happen!

I should probably know the answer to this but has Wandella ever beaten Nully in a final?? I can think of a couple of times Nully has rolled them including the grand final in 2001 and 2nd semi in 2004. Has there been many other finals meetings between the two??

Who's this Luke Murray? Sounds like Nully's missing ingrediant that Nully might need at the moment. Have seen his name up on the leader board for under 17's so the kid must be a handy forward. A hard nut who can kick goals would be injected straight into most sides. He might also take some pressure off Bedgy in the forward line. Any more info on this Murray kid?:thumbsu:[/quote]

Luke Murray is 6ft 2 approx 90kg with a good set of cannons on him:thumbsu: Has made several GRFL interleague appearances as a main forward, as well as winning the under17s goal kicking award an polling very well in league votes during his last 2 seasons. He is outright favourite for this years league medal and is just what nully seniors needed:eek:. It was a very good aswell as brave decision the nullawil selectors made with the inclusion of the likeable Luke Murray placed into the forward pocket to ease the pressure off fellow team mate Sean Bedggood. The omitted player was Kile Doran.. I think because Nully opted for more hardness around the ball:D Kile doran will come into saturadays Preliminary as a first emergency but most likely a waterboy:thumbsu:.

I dont believe they ever have Footy Pie. Nully also beat Wandella in the 1998 GF. While this means sweet FA, Wandella would not be well advised to start cooking the turkeys if Nully get over the Blues.

Nully has a long history of getting up as the underdog on GF day. Just ask Beulah :D

I'd have to say that Murrabit's Alec Harvey is a good chance in the under 17's. He'd easily be the toughest lad in the comp and very rarely plays an average game.

I think nully should stop living off their glory days, they are long gone. Their recent finals performances have been poor.

Plenty of talk of how good they were, yet couldn't back it up on the feild.

Wandella for Premiers!! :thumbsu:. Will admit went to grand final last year and it was a great day. Shattered missing out this year. Looks like its going to be another good day for it. Hows Brett Hay going this year? is Glen still playing with him at Wandella?
 
harvey will be lucky to win it. Many other vote catching players on his side, including hetherington, hetherington, mcneil, mcdonald and new recruit franzini. money on to be either zambon or barker from nully. he is a strong lad who plays in the middle and gets lots of it.

going to be a great game, could go either way on the day, heard that murrabit have a few injuries... Bryce Hall? Nick Hein?. any word on this?
Hopefully good conditions for it and the game comes down to pure skill ;)...
Glen played the first half of the season before injuring his knee at training, now is traveling around the country i think...

Did you read my post? I did say long history, implying going back some years!

Its all irrelevant anyway - Murrabit far too good for Nully and the 2 best sides for the year are playing off. Could go either way but I think Murrabit to win - just.
