Gotta be Jack's last game

Jack is playing with absolutely no luck at all.

Nothing goes right for him.

I still think he'll be picked for the Richmond game . Jack looks like he's a personal challenge for Ross Lyon.
Essentially he's too big an investment to just write off at this stage.
As for the bronx cheers he was given ( twice i heard it ) , absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the morons.

yeah this.. was thinking this today (as you do when bored at work).. although he himself contributes nothing, we tend to look better when he is up forward.. probably for no other reason than that magical word, structure.. obviously not the answer long term, but i would leave him in for now

Given our delivery, and given the talent posters here display in being forwards, is the problem his, or frustration with his team mates?

I wouldn't be a forward at Freo for any money. Least of all when you have a bunch of muppets as a fanbase who display a lack of knowledge about the game.

This excuse only goes so far. At some stage he's got to actually grab his opportunities with both hands, not have them bounce off his head.

If the guy wants to play AFL, he needs to work through it and put his head down and give the team what it needs. Lyon is an effort man, he gets that from a player, the gameplan and the team will do the rest. It's only after that does the 'talent' equation come into play, when there's adequate depth available and the vagaries of form are factored in.

It's all about repeat efforts to lead and chase, if Anthony isn't doing that then he's no hope on any AFL team. Watch J.Brown and the good forwards, they are just constantly on the move and that's how they beat their opponents by wearing them down.

Don't rate him at all, haven't seen any sign that he might be capable up forward for us. I think Crozier showed more in 30 minutes of footy than JA has shown since he got here (at least in terms of a willingness to get the footy). Let JA show something decent in the WAFL before he puts the purple back on.

The 0nly positive from his game was that he made some tackles....I'd like to see his GPS results, to me he looked like he couldn't run out the game..No excuses for poor fitness...
