Mooroopna has a wealth of young blokes who are capable and have played together for many years through the juniors. Having a coach who has mentored other young players at a higher level might just be what they need. This should be massive for the Cats Swoop. Just checked out their points situation and played with 37/44 in Round 18 which is not ideal. One would assume they might get a 44 point max again in 2020 but should have plenty of $$. Surely no chance they could have been paying anywhere near the cap for the past few years. With some list management and his networks they could bring in 2-3 'A' graders! Good for Mooroopna and the competition.
The annoying thing for me is they may have to offload some district players who have come into the GV, to fit more highly rated VFL players into the side. It hardly helps a struggling side. Some might say a 44 point cap limit is enough compared to the standard 40 points, but the ladder would suggest otherwise.

No not at all wingard I was thinking through all the teams and couldn’t think of anyone else that would be needing a coach given United Mooroopna and Kyabram have filled their rolesSeems like you have knowledge of something brewing BC?

The tigers have done a mighty job the last few weeks but it will come to an end this weekendAny love for Shepparton or Rochy this weekend? Flaherty could be a big out for Rochy.
Dont think Tat have made appointment for 2020 either.Forgot about Shepparton
Yes mate, Flaherty will be a big out. I imagine Shepparton and Rochester will both lose this weekend as Kyabram and Echuca are at a higher level. How did Kirkby go on Saturday?Any love for Shepparton or Rochy this weekend? Flaherty could be a big out for Rochy.

Could he make a difference in this finals series given his pedigree?
Hearing that tat v shepp was one of the games of the year! Anyone go have a look?
Ok firstly don’t like night finals. But it was a typical final. Plenty of pressure and some mistakes and some good footy given the night lights. Tatura started very well and we’re up for it. Fothergill, Fraser and young Morris Serra were excellent. Losing Grenfell and Hill hurt Tat definitely. But Shepp regrouped particularly after Daniels got young Kerr high just before half time. I reckon it fired Shepp up. Third quarter Shepp lifted with debutant Cam
Wild on fire and Andronaco, Joel Brett and Harry Boyd getting multiple goals. The last quarter was pretty even with Tatura tiring due to rotations being down. But Shepp experience and youth got the job done. Yes Tat were cruelled with injury but Shepp too had Nick Allan, Xavier Stevenson, Tom Thorsen and late withdrawal Matthew Brett out as well. So, double chance for Bears and mothballs for the Bulldogs!

How bad was Daniels hit on Kerr? He’s starting to a bit of a reputation of hits on kids!Ok firstly don’t like night finals. But it was a typical final. What other incidents have there been? How bad was Daniels hit on Kerr? He’s starting to a bit of a reputation of hits on kids!
Was given 2 weeks at the end of last season for hitting a kid from mooroopna, took it to the tribunal and got off or got a week off it. And the handful of times I’ve watched him in the last 12 months he seems to pick his targets in that of the young blokes. What other incidents have there been?

It wasn’t great but not that bad. Free kick definitely and too high but that’s it. Not reportable in my opinion. Borderline but certainly fired Shepp up. The younger
theatrical umpire certainly had his hands full. Shepp weren’t lucky as they beat Tatura three times for the year. They are clearly the third ranked team at this stage.
