Tat just keep on winning! When do they play Rochy and Mansfield?

Tatura have some pretty big games coming up;

May 16th v Mooroopna (A)
May 31st v Shepparton (H)
June 6th v Rochester (A)
June 20th v Mansfield (H)
June 27th v Echuca (A)
July 4th v Swans (H)

But they have been very impressive.

Ky ran all over the top of Shepp on Saturday night. Was very even in the first half with Shepps pace very evident. But as soon as Ky got on top in the middle and got the ball in quickly to Newman it was all Ky. He is unbeatable one on one if he is injury free.

Does anyone give Echuca a chance of making the 6?

It will be tough given their start to the year but they have a friendlier draw over the next few weeks so if they can start to string together a few wins then who knows.

Will also be dependent on how consistent the young kids are over the year and the how they go in the games they play against other sides fighting for a finals spot.

Is anyone able to put the articles up from todays shepp news?

I would think that the side would not and should not even be thinking of anything else but Shepp United this weekend. The United side was excellent early against Mansfield and their best will cause all teams problems. I am sure United will be looking at this as an opportunity to break the ice. it will be an interesting game and after it we will know more about Echuca

Some great games this weekend and the Kyabram and Rochy game should be a good one. Mooroopna V Tat and the Seymour V Shepp Swans will be indicators of what lies ahead for these teams . :D

I'm picking the O & M by 8 goals.

Might be a bit closer that that but the O&M would start favs- O&M 13 points. The KY and Rochy game will be very interesting this week.

Good test for Ky, especially after getting back on top last week. How far off their best teams are they both? from the teams in the Shep news Newman is a big out as well as Linton missing. Ky's onballers will be the key for them, especially Withers and Atkins in great form, against Rochies midfield. How are Rochie travelling player wise?

Coventry will need to be at his best to let Ky get first use of the ball, but can they kick a winning score if Paulo is out?

Rochie would be favourites to get up by a couple of goals at least.

I haven't seen the team, but Ash Watson could be back. He's missed a couple of weeks now. Sam Brennan would probably still be out, at least until after the interleague game.

Rochy haven't been brilliant so far and never really had a full team on the park. However, they still have been winning so that's pleasing. Kyabram will be a pretty good challenge.

Great wins by Kyabram and Swans, solid wins to the rest.

Really don't think that Rochy wil drop too many games but it gives everyone else some hope. A great win by Ky and 'dirty' must have coached well again!!! Swans back in mix and Tat going very well. Echuca defeated a gallant United who will cause some problems for teams that take them lightly. Everyone can now take a deep breath with the bye next week.

yeh gr8 win by ky. may light a fire under their season. however in my eyes rochy still team to beat and will b come septmber... i think it may b the 'loss they had to have'...and yes there may b a few more of those 'losses' this year but as said i think they will still b no.1 come last sunday in sept.

Seymour vs Swans was an even first half, in the 3rd quarter it was all Swans, totally dominated with 7 goals to 1, could have been more with a couple of easy misses. Seymour were always going to struggle with Schottner and Kelly not appearing after half time but its pretty disappointing when they hardly gave a yelp in the 3rd quarter in front of their home crowd. At the start of the last Swans kicked the first 2 or 3 goals to get their lead out to 40 odd points and the game was basically all over. Seymour rallied towards the end of the game when i'm sure the Swans relaxed and the Lions managed to get the scoreline looking half reasonable. Seymour reserves won by 20 goals and remain undefeated, i think it's time that some changes are made, too many passengers who aren't stepping up to the challenge.

rumour has it that withers fixed up schmidt yesterday:confused:

Watched the Ky Rochy game on sat, really good game with both sides having a dip. I wouldn't be too worried about Rochy losing, they will be the team to beat come Sept. Disappointed in Bowen's efforts. Don't know if he was injured but his body language at times was awful as was his defensive work. Ky were very good, Atkins had heaps of the footy as did that little kid number 30. Would be a long time since Ash Watson was towelled up like that in the second quarter Dirty has some very talented kids in the side and they are working hard for him. Rochy has talent all over and though beaten will be better for it. Would others agree?
