Said that in the Sydney v GWS pre-game thread, having experienced hard nosed AFL coaches likes Sheeds and Choco makes a huge difference compared to having a rookie coach like McKenna.

It's perhaps in the attitudes being taught to the players. McKenna comes across quite touchy feel modern whereas the GWS coaches are old school hard nuts.
