Although i haven't seen it yet i've been told that the chick in the film 'Audition' is one twisted chick.

I'm surprised that nobody has said Harry connick jnr for his role in copy cat as although i don't think he killed anybody his performance was top notch.

But i would say that Chow Yun Fat in 'the killer' would be right up there as my choice.

Michael Corleone from the Godfather. Goes from the innocent war veteran to a cold, calculating killer. Kills his own brother. A fantastic performance by Al Pacino

Agree actually, Lector is the most memorable villian you'd have to say. Also because Hopkins had never played a villian before. He is menacing.

Lil Ze' forces a 7 year old to pick which of two 4 year olds should die, then makes the 7 year old pull the trigger.

Cooking a brain? Meh.

Another good one is the bad guy from 'Old Boy' - I won't ruin it for those who have seen it, but needless to say, he knows how to get some revenge.

John Doe in Se7en, being biased as i love the movie but Kevin Spacey just nailed it. Plus as someone told me before anybody who puts Gwyneth Paltrow's head in a box is alright by me. :p
