are you the one that came up with that for the banner what a joke.what isn't a joke is what will happen to Wakool fc going forward,try a draw in 2014, starting with an away game'a bye and hay either side of the june longweekend and hay away and the bye to finish off with before the finals (if you make it).Wakool were warned what would happen if they threw it back in the board and clubs faces with hancock,this will be only the start of it.as I said earlier it wasn't about the grand final it was about the rules and 1 club taking advantage of a loop hole.YOTH indeed.

Well well looks like savagedog has lost his bone and needs some help finding it so he can calm himself down. It happens in many leagues so it's not a one off.

Travelled up to the GF and how did Kirkland get umpires vote in front of Ashley Neal, Callum Harding Davis (VCFL medal) and even Luke Otoole all three played excellent games. These two backman controlled the game for Wakool and Otoole was a lone hand for Ultima as they vertually stopped when he was resting off the ball.
Who gives the papers up there info as they dont seem to be able to get the right details prior and after matches as i read the online puplications.
What about the Moulamien lad with the long black skins how was that allowed to pass the umpires or is that a GRFL allowed clothing rule as it looked outragous. Leave country in the country i guess so games can be played rather than clubs closing down.
Bring in a points system and the grfl will implode as the CMFL has done as it cant even beat the Mallee league as it hasnt got the depth of talent it once had prior to the points program. Any thoughts on the points system

Tassie Devil I think things are fine the way they are. Wakool and Ultima after some years out of the finals recruited wisely and it paid off. As for the CMFL, if all the guns in that league were to avail themselves to interleague, they would smash the Mallee boys.

Anyone from Ultima able to say how O'Toole went in the club B&F? Heard a few people talking over the Grand Final weekend who were quite surprised he won the league medal and suggested he may finish as low as fourth in the club count (but beer and spectating can affect some peoples opinions!).
Bit of a surprise there. Good hard at it player but would have thought the likes of O'Toole, Pay & Isma to more damaging in the BnF.

Rookie and local from Leitchy Jack Lunghusen may have been poached by macorna after being an offer he couldn't refuse. Good kid to keep your eyes on as has had a taste of senior football and couldn't dominate at a lower league

Have heard this as well! With rowey, murch and metro getting on. There looking to add a bit of youth into the club. Lunghusen and Jackson Mcewen could both make impacts at macorna. Finals 2014?!

O'Toole to Ultima might be pipe dreams as usual every offseason. He's coming off winning 5 flags in a row with Golden Square so it'd be extremely hard to pry him away form the prospect of going for a 6th
Can the romance of the rumour sway him though Daniel? Play a season with his brother after long and distinguished careers out at Roo Land. Sounds good doesn't it?
One thing I wouldn't like to see is Wakool going down again like after the 2006 success. It was a great effort this year so other clubs will be recruiting right now to topple them. Wandella and Murrabit will no doubt be opening the chequebook after disappointing seasons.

Harrop staying at Nully. Any news on the Pollocks or Kirkland at Wakool? Wouldn't be surprised to see Matt O'Toole at Ultima, but he is also on a good thing at Square! Bray back to Murrabit would be a good start for them, but he is also on a good thing at Kerang too!

Any reason behind the move not to re-instate Pollock?
they were not liked/ wanted from half way through the year by the players and some got extra to stay and play
