Brett Anderson (SEN) has the following:

3. Carlton
Paddy DOW
16-Oct-99 | 185.4cm | 78.2kg | Bendigo Pioneers
Rayner is a chance here if things go differently at the very top, but Dow's speed and power will complement Patty Cripps, Matt Kennedy and Marc Murphy in midfield nicely. Some clubs would take him at No.1 if they had the pick. Adam Cerra has also been linked to the Blues.
Who else? Cameron Rayner, Adam Cerra

10. Carlton
Ed RICHARDS
3-Jul-99 | 184.7cm | 78.1kg | Oakleigh Chargers
Having seen Sam Weideman in a Melbourne guernsey, watching a Richards pull on navy Blue will hurt Magpie fans. The Blues will hope Fogarty gets through and could look at Bonar, but are said to covet some speed and class on the outside. He's one of the bolters.
Who else? Darcy Fogarty, Lochie O'Brien, Aiden Bonar

31. Carlton Joel GARNER Eastern Ranges

71. Carlton Alex BOYSE Essendon VFL

No idea about Boyse. Prefer others over Richards. Garner I'd be happy with. Love the fact he is a bit chirpy on the field and a natural leader ... unless he goes somewhere else, in which case he's a smartarse little prick who needs a whack in the jaw from Matty Scarlett.

When Alex develops will he go from Boyse to Men?

If he does, I'm sure that it will happen on One Sweet Day. Unfortunately, I'm Losing Sleep.

Thank You in Advance.

Boyse is our second Bois

Noice!!

From reading all the "expert" info and articles, it appears that Brisbane are still 50-50 on whether they select Rayner or Brayshaw at #1. They are flying down and visiting the Brayshaw family this week. Fremantle are set on LDU regardless of who Brisbane take. Carlton also favour Rayner in this draft.

So it sounds like it will be either:
1. Rayner (Bris)
2. LDU (Fre)
3. Dow/possibly Cerra (Car)

or

1. Brayshaw (Bris)
2. LDU (Fre)
3. Rayner (Car)

24 year old small forward with good pace and a good leap that's been playing for Essendon's VFL side this year after turning heads in the ammos.

I don't see it myself.

Stop killing the dream.

Yeah. No thanks.

Who we will pick

3. Dow (Lions will go Rayner, Freo LDU) [Picked ahead of Cerra and ors because he plays at speed]

10. D. Fogarty (Clark will be gone at 8) [Picked simply because he oozes class and despite our need for mid speed.]

30. Petrucelle

Wish list

3. Dow

10 D. Fogarty

30 Charlie Ballard (Highlights show a taller, quicker, better decision-making footballer than Gunston. What is not to like?

What I want
3 Rayner
10 D. Fogarty
30 Miers

What I think
3 Dow
10 Stephenson (slider because of heart)
30 Petruccelle

With pick 3 and 10 we are going to get very good players but I’m really excited about what we get at pick 30.

Wasn’t Bradley chirpy on the field hence lower Brownlow votes over career ?

Not that I remember. Fairly quiet and unassuming IIRC.

Diesel was more chirpy and won 2 Brownlows.

Changing mine from, Dow..Fogarty & Miers to:

#3 -- Dow. As far as a fit is concerned, he seems to be the best suited. Cerra hard not to like here though.
#10 - Clark. Don't think he'll be here at 10, but...... If not then a slider. (Fogarty or Stephenson?) Coffield would be a bonus.
#30 - Houlahan. Another type we haven't got and may be available here. SOS liked Hayward last year and a goal-kicker wouldn't go astray.

The entire list needs goal kickers :)
