Yep chocked in 2008. Great sides win back to back flags. Geelong in the period of 2007-2012 have been good but not great.
lol **** me dead.

I'll take 'good' over any shit Carlton have delivered the past 20 years.

You have no idea on football if you do not think Kreuzer will become the best ruckman in the AFL.
Nicnat says hello, and I wouldn't discount the Burger either - before we even consider Grundy's potential.

Pulled up sore again.

Key forward Scott Gumbleton, who has a minor hamstring setback in December is also set to be ready for the club’s opening NAB Cup game in under a month.

“He resumed back into full training after the Christmas break ready to go.”

“After a session on the Monday he pulled up a little bit sore so we will just back track him a little bit to make sure he is ready for the NAB Cup,” Corcoran said.

It's not looking good.

Unbelievable. You can't help but think it is more than bad luck in some way. So sorry for this kid.

You're suggesting some form of gypsy curse? Or he did bad things in a previous life.

Poor bastard. Much and all as Id like to slag The Weapon for this, Gumby's injuries pre-date the arrival of said "specialist" at the Bombers.

Strikes me as another Jesse W Smith/Lee Walker type situation. All the talent in the world but just cursed by bad luck and a body that won't cash the cheques he writes.

Yeah, I think he is rooted.

It's getting to the point where he has missed too much footy anyway.

Poor bugger.

In the few times he's strung some games together, he's looked the bloody goods alright.
