They don't need to know 600+ players names. They need to only know the players who are playing in the games they are covering. Maybe some of them should take a leaf out of Bruce's book and study up before the call.

yeah in theory they only need to know the 50 names that could play in the game they are currently calling, but the reality is that they don't just call the one team so not surprised it happens, especially when there is a Keiran on the other team and Richo is probably thinking K Brand, what is the K again Kaiden, nah I'm getting him mixed up with someone, there was a Kieren running around today wasn't there? Yeah must be Kieren

Mate, I am wayyyy too old for this PC crap and all for bypassing the vote and calling her 'Chairman'. But if we want to get pedantic, she would be the 'chairper-offspring'. Can't have any of these male connotations by using the word 'son'.

I'm not "making this sort of shit up". I likely may have been influenced by the existing rumour about what was said but that is legitimatly what it looks and (barely) sounds like he said in my opinion.

Higher standards should apply. I might be alone, but I rarely find ex-players/coaches to be very insightful. I would prefer that a commentary teams had more commentators than has-beens.

This is the western world in the modern age, so fewer real problems that folks get up in arms over the super important things such as whether it's chairman/person/woman etc.
