Turned around a club that was all out of belief and got it believing it could win flags. Not many men around could come in and do what he did. There's teams that have been around since 1897 that still haven't experienced what we had under Dimma. Maybe they never will

And I'll loose it if this turns into some big sh*t storm like we know it will. Should be a time for paying respect to one of the all time great coaches

Great servant who got us the ultimate success. Writing was on the wall the last couple of years with the way he’s handled himself and lashed out , you could tell it was all taking a toll.

I’m pro Buckley , got a lot out of a group that was similar to ours and was an unlucky free kick decision away from a flag. He would have learnt from his mistakes and would be better second time around.

I won’t lie Fly would have been my first choice but clearly isn’t available so for me it’s Buckley at 1.

Dimma is a true Richmond legend. 37 years of oblivion...and then 3 flags in 4 years.

I hope this isn't the return to oblivion..a dimma-less richmond is very concerning.

Can't stand the FIGJAM but think he wasn't the worst coach.

He's not the worst coach, but he isn't the best either IMO. If I was to run the coaching process, Buckley would pass the first few rounds and end up not getting the job at the later stages.
