Tribunal now deliberating? Isn't there any part where the QC tries to prove that it was intentional? Basically just heard from Cameron's lawyer
It's already been rated intentional. The QC doesn't have to do prove anything. Cameron has to prove it wasn't.

It swaps if the tribunal changes it to careless and the AFL choose to appeal.

AFL will make sure its 3-4 weeks why would they appeal.

Remember rules for some and not for others.
Martin touches a umpire twice in a season and gets off where Hawkins goes.

okay, l get what you are saying, however they have only heard from one part of the case. Lawyers will always sound compelling, would think Christen could give evidence as to why he graded it intentional in the first place

In which case the AFL can’t introduce any more evidence and can only make the case that the tribunal was utterly irrational in its decision making protocol.

Put me in the “AFL lawyer put in a pissweak effort” camp.

Anything less than 5 weeks and the AFL are basically saying they really dont care as much about head injuries as they profess to say.

Not the AFL, a quasi-independent tribunal.

Feels so unfair that a lawyer can get up and completely misrepresent the situation without being disputed.

System is set up to protect thugs.

Afl counsel can argue their case, they just haven't. Or it hasn't been tweeted out.

Payne isn't the main guy, Gleeson is their go to guy when they want to win

Who was he spoiling? And who spoils with a bent forearm?!?
At no point was Cameron's arm straight. And the push in the back from Darcy Gardiner is a myth. He did touch Cameron's back but it wasn't a push.

The time indicates that there wasn't a lot of case by the Afl guy. Not feeling good about this.

Gleeson and Pane are mates. Used to have adjoining chambers. Both competent. Don't get too worked up by the tweets. Lots gets said and not reported. Let's wait and see.
