I hadn't noticed before but if you look at the vision carefully, right on impact Cameron throws his shoulder round behind his elbow to put more force behind the hit, no doubt in my mind it was intentional.

It's already been rated intentional. The QC doesn't have to do prove anything. Cameron has to prove it wasn't.

It swaps if the tribunal changes it to careless and the AFL choose to appeal.

okay, l get what you are saying, however they have only heard from one part of the case. Lawyers will always sound compelling, would think Christen could give evidence as to why he graded it intentional in the first place

In which case the AFL can’t introduce any more evidence and can only make the case that the tribunal was utterly irrational in its decision making protocol.
