At no point was Cameron's arm straight. And the push in the back from Darcy Gardiner is a myth. He did touch Cameron's back but it wasn't a push.

100%. I watched the replay on that point many times after it was mentioned. Gardner's had one forearm touching Cameron's back, and at no point do you see any kind of pushing/shoving motion. if anything, Gardner appears to pull up when he see the collision coming.
