if you are talking about most games under one coach would it not be Gordon Coventry who played 306 games and I am sure all were coached by Jock McHale

The only way to answer that would be with a games to coach ratio. Harvey has 340 games / 6 = 56 games per coach. Hird would have 220 odd?

That rounds it out at 10. All up he played for 15 years. The man was a jinx.

Coventry also has 2, Bob Rush (who?) coached one game in 1930.

pretty much drop in any of the pies champion players from the 20's-30's-40's
