Ok, I'm happy to concede it wasnt the effects of mid 90's rorting, its just that as a club they have failed miserably to grasp the new landscape of AFL football where you have to build a list, rather than rort/buy your way to the top. In other words, as a club, they are miserable failures in the new environment.
Luckily, its not my spite.

Longest tenure of any coach at any club without winning a flag huh? Really? You blokes should be ashamed of yourselves; your Grand Final stigma heaping him with this indignity. Which is recognition of your list issues and that 10 players in one year means more destabilisation for a bloke who is not getting any younger (or happier so it seems). You got him 10 years too late, he was a lot happier before he reached retiremant age.

What you did is dump arguably the best coach you've had in the last half a century and replace him with an untried coach who immediately put paid to your burgeoning premiership hopes. Job done indeed

Nope. Mick would have moved a few on last year but was restricted by a number of issues. I've already shown you could knock 10 off the list without much affect on the senior team. That would just open up competition for our notoriously lower quality bottom 4-5 players.
