I live in the land where other professional sports leagues don't allow this kind of a setup.

Where do YOU live?
Apparently I live in a world where other fans are outraged that my team gets 7-9 home games per year when theirs get 11. Seems highly unprofessional when I think about it

You're right, I should be much angrier at this significant disadvantage the afl have given the cats. Thanks for your concern on the cats behalf at this clear injustice.

That's because you're comparing apples with oranges. A shared home ground with 9 other teams including Geelong, isn't the same as playing games at your own home ground. Stop being so disingenuous.

So what's the gabba then? The scg? Metricon? A home ground not shared for 11 home games rather than 7-9.

I'm not being disingenuous. You're lying to yourself and dismissing overwhelming evidence against your position. If we derive a huge advantage from Kardinia Park then we should have bombed last year and missed finals. We made a GF and therefore don't. End of story.

Those sides have their own home ground, but they play two derbies and ten games interstate each year. That's a far cry from Geelong who are basically just another Melbourne side with 9 cheat ground games.

It's not 7-9, it's 9 cheat ground games a year.

It was 7 a few years ago but I am going back a few there.

You're still blatantly ignoring a season where the cats got no home ground advantage and got better not worse.

No I'm not, you did get cheat games that year. But even if you didn't cheat one year, that doesn't make the cheat years legitimate. That would be like saying Lance Armstrong came second in the Tour without drugs, so his drugged up races were legit.

Wow, we got such a huge leg up from winning against Gold Coast and Hawks there!

Playing them at metricon and the mcg would have absolutely not changed the outcome. Your argument is a joke

Lol just allow teams that you think probably would've won anyway, to play on performance enhancing drugs :$
