In the end , a comfortable win. Got a game into Brand, a 2nd into Lovell, TOB & Sicily continue to develop, Howe played well at times. Far from our best, but happy to be 5-2 and playing poorly as there is room to grow.

Smith got better as the game went on, Langford was immense (still a shit kick), Gunners, Poppy, Rioli, Bruesta all played well.

If you'd said prior to the game that we'd go in without Mitchell, but we'd blood Brand, Lovell would see time in the guts, Howe would step up, TOB would do well and we'd win by 40+ you'd take it and then some.

Hard fought, but we steamrolled them in the end.

We weren't good. In fact we were pretty awful for three quarters with the exception of class forwards Cyril Gunston Breust and Puopolo.

Fourth quarter was excellent. Burgoyne and shiels turned around dirty nights but our midfield work is a concern.

We'll done Hawks, it wasn't pretty for the first 3 quarters but the last quarter brings back memories.

Special mention to Jordy. You stood up when needed. We'll done.

Not sure who the backline coach is but having 3 Hawks fly against one Tiger all night is f%&king stupid.

Not sure if Ratten?? gave up the midfield coaching role tonight, but we were woeful in the first 3 quarters. Looked like we didn't actually attack the footy at the stoppages, just waited for Richmond to take it and try and tackle - smashed in the centre bounces. Good win, but a serious area of concern.

Ps.. Mitchell is a gun, but the structure is the problem, not the personnel.
