Same as me - had a 'mare on Friday night, Chad as captain pulled 17.7% of my score.
Yeah i think i work out the same.
Still have to watch that game, i had 5 players playing in and couldn't watch it, my brother is an Adelaide supporter and kept giving me updates sounded like the best game of all time.
one message read "Porp back from the dead! give him the brownlow now! so courageous! where hanging on, missing the best game in 150 years mick you moron!" he got a little to excited at this point.

Hes gone up 14,000 so far with an average of 57, his breakeven this week is 58. So it'll just depend on if you think he'll play well this week or not.

Way ahead of you Thommo. Round 6 will see Tippet go to Brown in one trade (thanks to the 300k in my war chest).
I'm really thinking long and hard about Dyson to Palmer this week. That will free up 180k, bring in another cash cow and let me upgrade say a Gamble to BJ in Round 7.

BJ will be a great pick up, if he can step back up... if he stays down, then you'll be in trouble...

Exactly. A few people were claiming BJ was on the slide. If not for his 3 last quarter match winning goals he would have finished with about 70-80. I'm not buying into the BJ slide theory just yet, however if he doesnt score a couple of big hundreds i'll pass on him and look to get Chappy in.
I'm happy to admit mistakes. If he can keep his 125 average until you can afford him, then get him. Fitting an extra premium into your forward line is GOLD!
Yeah exactly just because he is a gun doesnt mean you should look to get him if hes not performing and be expecting that he will perform...
Im actually hoping Nick Reiwoldt gets stitiched up by Geelong this week. Fingers crossed!
BTW Chappy was one of my first picked, you can never say hes 'underdone', last year he missed 3-4 weeks with a hammy and came out and scored 100+.
Was good as captain for me this week!
Didnt choose Cornes... jealous at you buggers that did... I missed out on 64 points... but i guess thats no big deal... 400 pts ahead of the next person in my league !!!

Do you think its worth dropping Houli in favour of Tuck?
Watched Tuck on the weekend and he got a lot of the kick-ins...aka cheap touches...but he was sitting on my bench...
If Houli cant score points against Carlton then when will he? dud!
Unfortunately he scored 91 vs the doggies in the preseason...but he doesnt seem to be playing the same role...
After Round 1 here i was hoping Jimmy Bartel might have a few bad rounds so i could get him for like 550...boy was i way off.
