That's an angle I didn't consider. You've convinced me. Now I just have to work out who to get as his partner. Harvey / Goodwin / Bartel / Cross.

I think as Ablett's partner i would go Goodwin or Bartel. Geelong have such a strong midfeild that now Bartel is often forgotten and not tagged because the No1 stopper of the opposition goes to Ablett and then that leaves either Corey or Bartel. Goodwin would be more risky given the opposition they face in weeks to come but i dont think you could go wrong with either just and added thought Bartel''s value dropped alot from last week he's as cheap as he'll ever be.

Start wona i rekon, he only needs 1 goal for a decent score

Armfield looks the goods in the midfield, especially against essendon

Jetta should never start on the field, getting a consistent average of around 35 - 40, keep him for injuries. Plus Morton looks to be a bit of a gun

i'm thinking mcleod out for c.cornes...do u think mcleod will hit form anytime soon? or will he be destroyed by taggers every week? and do u think c. cornes will find some good form as well?

Yeah true that, and i have a feeling Sydney are going to absolutely smash Melbourne so the Question is will Wona even get a chance to kick a goal?

Myers does look the goods and is capable of a good game against Carlton...

Hmmm tough decision, but really the difference could be about 10 sc points but it could be the winning margin, you cant rule that out!

I'd still go Wona over Myers. Wona gets his 70's just like Harry Taylor does. I reckon these two are the best two defence rookies going around.

Glad I have both to cover my injuries as they have done their job while C.Cornes was out and Bradshaw too!

And don't forget that Wona has scored a 150! I'd like to see Myers do that!

Who do u think requires more attention

Upgrade Rioli to Rob murphy ( Leaving forwards as : Buddy/Burton/Didak/Fevola/Mooney/Murphy/Chapman)

Upgrade Palmer to Thompson(Adel)/Black/Kirk ( Leaving mids as : Ablett/Cross/Ling/Swan/Mitchell/One of these guns)

Upgrade Palmer to Harvey (And then upgrade Rioli next round to Riewoldt - saves me a trade)

Am thinking this week of Wellingham>>Ward; then Palmer>>Harvey. Would leave me with 5 trades & $140k, enough to next week go Myers>>McLeod. Leaves me 4 trades for final 8 weeks for a) injuries; and b) upgrading Rioli. Would ideally like to upgrade Ibbo and Simmonds also but will run out of trades.

Alternately I could take a massive punt, do a huge downgrade which would save a trade, and go Cox>>rookie, and just about upgrade all of Palmer, Rioli and Myers using that money?

Upgrade rioli first, i traded him for pavlich it was the best thing i ever did. now everybody else has the rioli crappy scores and i got the big pav scores.

Trade out palmer when he stings together a few crappy games, he still has huge potential to rack up the disposals
save as many trades as u can

Yeah I think I will hold off on my trades, just tempting thats all. I still think I'm one big gun short in the midfield.

Will just have to wait till finals time and hope that I havent got any season ending injuries by then. I will then make a powerplay for Yabletttttttttt!

Lucky I'm playing a total noob this week but he will have Ablett as captain which I'm always worried about.

Have a way better team though and have been outscoring him by heaps every week!

Was just killing a bit of time looking over my team & was looking at SDT's stats from the last 2 weeks.
Rd.11 scored:82 with 3 clangers & 2 frees against.
Rd.12 scored:72 with 4 clangers & 3 frees against.

If he could clean up his game just a bit he could be scoring a handy 100+pts. per game (Providing Laidley continues to give him a game)

Can someone either give me the thumbs up or down on the following trades. Have only 7 trades left (and only $20k), so probably only 2 downgrades/upgrades left in me, leaving 3 trades for injuries.
Am thinking Wellingham>Ward, then Palmer>Harvey. Is it a waste seeing as I have only 2 UG's left, last one will go Reimers/Thommo>Rookie then upgrade Myers/SDT.
